The Out of Character Chat (Both global and local, default key T and K) is there to exchange information or used to be used by staff to inform players.
You are always free to chat but keep it to a minimum, so it doesn’t interfere with the flow of the RP.
It is under no circumstances allowed to hold OOC discussions on the server, whatever topic it is. Take it to Steam, TS or to the forum instead.
You may not share IC information in the OOC chat, as it can be used for meta gaming.

Sparring IC is ofcourse allowed, but prepare enough food to heal yourself, as heals should not be given for that; and use wooden swords.
Always wait until you know that your opponent is ready. He might be still typing an emote or text. Warning him OOC'ly to stop typing if he wants to resist is allowed. If no reaction is given, go ahead.
If you emote an attack, then you also have to roll for its outcome.
It is not allowed to keep killing the opponent for looting his money.

Medium wounds and cuts. can heal in 1 days if treatment is given to them.

Lost parts of the body. Death if not taken care of. If the body part is the head, treatment will even not help. CK might be enforced if wounds are not treated.
When there are no surgeons online, staying for 15 on a bed in the hospital can count as having the wounds treated.
